Organic Oat Groats, 2 lb
2 lb
Oat groats are the unprocessed seeds. Soak to make overnight oats. Use in soups or in place of rice.
Mud Run Farm
Our little farm has grown and evolved over the past 40 years! What began as a first-generation, six-head family dairy has transformed into a certified organic farm specializing in diverse vegetables and small grains. Like many small family farms, our journey started with a desire to homestead—raising kids, growing our own food, and embracing the freedom of wide-open spaces on our 30 acres in Stark County, Ohio.
Fast forward a few decades, and while we’re still a small farm, our focus has shifted. Today, we primarily grow and mill small grains, recognizing a need for locally sourced, high-quality organic grains in our region.
We are a father-daughter team with a deep passion for organic farming, environmental stewardship, and small business. We are certified organic by OEFFA.
